The NFL's drug policy is vague and over-reaching. Screw big brother, he was never doing anything to enhance his performance.
I agree w/ the previous responder. Why is weed even banned? Let the poor guy alone and sit back and enjoy watchin' him run. Oh right, we can't. If he was a drunk off the field he would still be playing. Oh well.
