Prayer in Public Life

...what is wrong with a nice thought to start the day.

I don't condone proselytizing, but an expressed hope for safety and a good day is a good thing.

Don't beat the audience over the head with it, but there is nothing wrong with it.

Don't make participation required...but if people want to bow there heads and think nice thoughts for a moment...let them.

They pray before NASCAR events...for the safety of the driver and crews and for a good day for all in attendance...

Hmmm, they're right that seems threatening...someone call the ACLU.

Of course, I believe that kids should do the Pledge of Allegiance and respect the flag...what do I know?
