Mexico has a bill before their legislature to legalize marijuana, cocaine, LSD, and heroin in small, user-friendly amounts. Supposedly this will allow their police to concentrate on the dealers.

Who is going to be selling those, uhm, dosages to the users then? Wonder if this will be used to reduce taxes in Mexico?
