Okay, show of hands, how many among us expected/suspected that the government was already monitoring bank transactions?
I mean, c'mon, SEC, Homeland Security, Social Security, FDIC, etc. Someone is always keeping their eye on the money. And as someone who paid attention when my grandmother and great-grandmother spoke about the Great Depression, someone had damn well better be keeping an eye on it.
Again, I don't have a problem with this. More power to them if it leads them to the bad guys.
