Beware the Attack of the Giant Drippy Penis Man!!!

The Surgeon General recommends having that rampant case of genital warts treated before it gets out of control...and attacks someone.

Somewhere, after reading the comic where this image appeared, a preteen boy awakens in the middle of the night with an erection...and he is very afraid.
