Maybe its just me but...

Myanmar in Southeast Asia has announced that it has slashed its opium production by 26 percent.

They, even, reference actual tonnage.

If they know how much production there is in the country to this degree of accuracy, why can't they stop it all?

Is it that big a piece of their national economy?
