Google AdSense Sucks!
Great search engine...rotten associate programs.
I've ran their ads on my blog for a year or so now. And every time that I've had to access their system to look at how much they owed me or whatever, it's been a gigantic hassle.
Well now, the log-in for Google AdSense will let me get in to look at the Google Groups, which are like Yahoo Groups, just people getting together online to discuss topics of interest, but no link through to where my Google AdSense account should be.
I get the log-in to sign up for AdSense all over again...but considering that I have been running their targeted ads at my friends and neighbors for all this time, I already have an account.
They also have the mighty, invisible Tech Support group over there. Ask a question and it routes you through the FAQ and eventually, if you are asking a question like mine, you end up back on the Sign Up for Google AdSense page.
Screw it. I'm taking them down. Damned account probably only has $0.60 in it anyway. Call it my fee for the lessons.
Then, let's add in the fact that if you put "Through the Cigar Smoke" into the Google search engine you get out to about Page 9 before you see any of my articles from here.
