I'm Amazed...

When I reported last week on the bill in Mexico's legislature to legalize drugs, I figured it would die before it got to their President's desk.

This story surfaced today.

Not only is it going to pass, Vincente Fox has said he will sign it.

I'm dumbfounded.

I can also hear college students all over the country updating their travel plans for this summer.
