GM..China's Favorite Auto Manufacturer
Are they crazy?
GM is producing a minivan in China that costs around $5,000.00 and gets 43 miles to a gallon in the city.
A minivan...43 miles to the gallon.
Why in the hell aren't they producing the Sunshine family of minivans in the U. S.?
They could be ugly as sin and sell with 43 miles to the gallon as the main selling point.
The Sunshine van is in the leading spot in the growing China market. They passed the previously dominant Volkswagen that had mastered the Chinese auto market from the word go.
And how did GM reward the executive responsible for it, after 9 years of service and being responsible for "some of the best calls in the industry"...he is unemployed and living in Kentucky.
