The "G" is Hanging Low Today...

48-3...

Wow!

That was a hard thing to watch last night.

The Ravens aren't that good...so that means my Packers are way, way bad.

The Packers lost their 5th starting running back of the season. Samkon Gado went down with a knee injury.

Geez!

Ah well, there is talk that Vince Young may come out...the guys on the Ticket morning show were talking down Vince's talent. He can't play Quarterback in the NFL. I don't think so. He's as good in college as Michael Vick was. I think his game might fit well on the Frozen Tundra of Lambeau Field.

Aaron Rodgers got his chance...He didn't look good. I don't know if he has the nuggets to play in the NFL. Hell, maybe the Packers do want Matt Leinert.

Rodgers numbers from last night...
8/15 for 65 yards with an interception and 3 sacks.

Although...his numbers compare favorably with Favre's from the first half.
14/29 for 144 yards with 2 interceptions and no sacks.

I love Brett Favre. It pains me to see how this season has gone. I hope that if he plays next season the Green Bay Packers organization spends the money to take a "Free Agent" strategy shot at a Championship in what will no doubt be his last season.

He has yet to officially make an announcement one way or the other.

Does Mike Sherman get to keep his job next year? Does that impact whether Favre stays one more year? Will they make a real attempt to rebuild the offensive line over the off season? What about Ahman Green being a free agent at the end of the season?

Don't think it is all on the offensive side of the ball. Their defen-sieve, yes sieve is intentional, side of the ball isn't playing well either.

Will they get some people to play on defense besides Al Harris? Are KGB and Nick Barnett already done? Did they even call Na'il Diggs name or number at all last night? Were Kampman and Grady Jackson even on the field last night?

Too many questions...

Hard time to be a Green Bay Packer fan.
