2:50AM, A Loaded Gun, and Two Ounces of Pot

No, they were just out for a ride. Yeah, yeah, that's the ticket...

Sigh.

I guess he thought that being a National Football Champion for last year gave him some leeway...sigh.

And Ohio State (USA Today's #1) coming into Austin to play the Longhorns (USA Today's #2) this weekend...in prime time on ABC.

Damned fools picked a great time to go and do something stupid.

If it is after 2AM, and you are in a car with a loaded gun and drugs...you're up to no good.

Just my thoughts...but maybe I'm getting old.

Not 2 oz. of pot. Under 2 oz. is the charge. Do more research, the total amount of pot found in the car was 1.9 grams.

As reported on ESPN and Dallas/Ft. Worth television stations this morning.

You wanna disagree. Do it with them.

If you are going to disagree, put your name up there. I think it just shows good form to stand by what you have to say.

The story on Yahoo Sports does confirm the charge as less than 2 ozs. ESPN and DFW TV did report it as 2 ozs.

The problem is still the loaded gun which will escalate drug offense charges when a Grand Jury gets ahold of the case.

And yeah...let's argue about how much pot there was...not about the fact that they had dope in the car...and a loaded gun...after 2 AM in the morning...

I'm sure they were on their way to Bible study or to witness to someone about taking Jesus Christ as their personal lord and savior.
