Celebrity Speak #2 - Jane Fonda
On a recent Diane Rehm show on NPR, Jane Fonda claimed she felt the guilt of her mother's child abuse from when her mother was a child, from twenty or twenty-five years before she was born. She felt that guilt was carried forward in the genetic makeup of people...so a parent's actions directly impact the next generation.
Hmmm, so guilt causes a genetic mutation.
Hmmm...BULLSHIT!
Parents failing to deal with guilt over things in their past may, MAY, pass it forward environmentally.
Genetics isn't voodoo.
I think Jane must've gotten into her brother's stash one too many times.
