Apparently there wasn't an intervention by former Full House co-stars.
She checked herself into rehab.
Yes, America, she confirmed it on Good Morning America this morning. Stephanie Tanner, Jodie Sweetin, was addicted to Crystal Meth. The double life that Meth forced her to live tore her marriage and her life apart. She is currently undergoing a divorce.
She went through rehab and claims to have not used for several months. She doesn't have the addiction look. Maybe she really is clean. I hope she is.
It would be nice for there to be a good story about a child star getting their life back together after the "real" world knocks the crap out of them.
Good Morning America could learn something about being supportive. Their label running under the images as they are interviewing her..."Fallen Star"...seems more appropriate to have used a line something like "Rising Star".
She's clean. She's sober. She wants to act again.
